I made a couple of lasagna's the other day, one for a friend who just had a baby. I remember how difficult meal times are with a newborn :S. I also made her some rolo cookies, check them out! (shameless plug haha.) Seriously though they are the worlds most amazing cookies.
I decided to try a completely new recipe because I was never in love with my other one. This is a really good lasagna, nice and saucy, not dry at all. There are things I would do to tweak it a bit nothing major but I would add a lot more fresh herbs I like my meat sauces herby. I would try it with bison, well just because, I love it! I made the meat sauce a day ahead of time. I just find that easier than trying to do the whole prep/assembly in one day. I always find sauces taste better after sitting anyway.
