This is a delish cake better second day and even better on the third day! Roll cakes might look difficult but they are just as easy as regular cakes. The idea is you roll the cake, while hot, in a tea towel and it cools that way giving it a roll shape. You then roll it flat spread icing then roll back up and done! I got this recipe from baking addiction but I am searching for the cake part to be a tad thicker maybe a rolled a bit too tight, maybe try a tad smaller sheet pan. Our pans seem to be slightly different sizes in Canada! Either way was still awesome but still searching for now. This was a nice change to the classic thankgiving desserts. Here is the recipe link.
