I know cheesecake is so simple to begin with but this seems to take 5? min to put together so incredibly easy, simple but delicious. I got this recipe from the Kraft site.
Mini Oreo Cheesecakes
2-packages 250g each cream cheese (I always use 1/3 fat)
1/2 cup of sugar
12 oreo cookies
3 0z bakers semi sweet chocolate (I just used a milk choc bar)
1 cup thawed cool whip topping (I'm not sure recipe needs this so I left it out pretty optional)
1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional I added it because I find it adds flavor)
1.) Heat oven to 350F
2.) Beat cheese and sugar until blended add eggs one at a time then beat in vanilla if using
3.) Place one cookie in each of 12 paper lined muffin tin, cover with batter.
4.) Bake 20 min or until center is almost set, chill in fridge 3 hrs (these taste better on second day best on third and cookie doesn't get soggy)
5.) Melt chocolate as directed on package and drizzle on cheesecakes then top with cool whip. If you don't want your choc to set ie; get firm like mine did :) don't put chocolate on until serving because if it goes into fridge it will harden and "sweat" when you take it out.
This is an awesome recipe for mini cheesecakes that I have made before if you want to check it out-twix cheesecake
