Lamingtons

I was checking out my fave site, Joy of Baking, when I saw a recipe for lamingtons. I had never heard of them, they are fluffy white cakes drenched in chocolate then rolled in coconut like a bounty bar cake MMmmmm. In Australia these cakes are a big deal and are very popular and now that I made them I have to agree with the Aussies, perfect bites.
