This is a really good healthy banana bread if you are looking for that sweet kind this is not the one for you. I got this recipe from The Stop Cookbook. It is a community garden in Toronto and they have developed a (very good) cookbook. I have emailed for permission to most recipe but with no reply back I am left to leave it out, sorry. If someone out there is making this bread I would recommend baking it in a 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 pan instead of the suggested 9 x 5 because the loaf is too squat for my liking.
